Surprisingly, it seems Astrology takes the prize for the oldest due to the Ancients using the Stars to guide them in many areas of their lives.

The difference between the two, are ‘Raw Science’ as opposed to ‘History’. History of course is proven where as science is not.

Is it not a shame, that Astronomers dismiss astrology as ‘pure fantasy’? Yet I ask this simple question!

If science is based on Fact how certain can Astronomers be of the ‘Alien Worlds’ in the Cosmos. Have they ever been there?

The reason I say this is that the Voyager Mission re-wrote the science books, as the Moons of Jupiter were not as first thought and the Outer Planets were a lot different to that which was originally thought. For sure no one will ‘know’ until we venture there. Surely Astronomy is a ‘Thought’ based science.

Well, most peoples understanding of Astrology is ‘Mystic Meg’ or ‘Jonathan Cainer’. The daily horoscopes in papers do Astrology no favors at all. The real Astrology combines all the Planets and the Sun Sign is not the most prominent by itself. A good Astrologer can tell you immeasurably more about yourself by your rising sign (the ascendant) as well as your Moon sign.

Mercury and Venus rule business/communications and love matters respectfully.

Mars gives us strength but will always pop up to balance negative/positive forces.

Jupiter is about luck, money and Expansion as it’s the biggest Planet.

Our own Moon rules emotions, women and their cycles and the tides to name a few.

The Outer Planets take longer to orbit the Sun, therefore their energies are more protracted … years as opposed to days, weeks or months.

Saturn shows our Limitations in Life, but also shows us where we need to learn.

Neptune rules long term travel and matters spiritual.

Uranus is the one Joker in the pack, as he turns up and causes sudden upheaval.

Pluto is the Planet of Mystery and deep Transformations.

 

A good Astrologer will give you a blueprint of your life, all you need to reveal will be your Name, Date of Birth with the Time and Location.

It must be very frustrating for the Astronomer with his scientific theories for this must surely leave them with not a great deal of facts but with many, many guesses. Our Universe is a wondrous thing is it not?
